Dr. Gentile:

Just a note to commend you for the professional, courteous and friendly
staff that you have at your Beeghly Park Office. When I first came to your office in February, I was greeted by Michelle at the front desk with her friendly smile. As I waited for my appointment, I noticed her actions with other patients and patients on the phone. They were all treated in the same professional manner that she treated me. I have never met her prior to coming to your office (as a matter of fact, I don't even know her last name) and what an asset to your office to be the first person that your patients meet before meeting you!

The only other staff members that I was treated by were Benita, Lori and Domineca. These girls have treated me in the most professional and courteous manner that all medical offices should use. I am sure the rest of your staff fall into this category but in fairness, I was not treated by any except the ones mentioned. Their dress codes is also to be commended!

This is truly a professional office that you should be extremely proud of! I am proud to say that I was treated in this office.
