Conveniently located in the Infinity Corporate Center I-480 at Transportation Boulevard our Cleveland center is home to the "Aesthetic Technology Institute of Ohio". Recognizing the national trend and interest of patients in less invasive aesthetic techniques the Institute was developed to exclusively provide minimally invasive techniques and procedures performed under local anesthesia with only minimal sedation. Realizing many patients have concerns about having lengthy elective cosmetic procedures performed under general anesthesia the Institute has developed proprietary procedures such as SmartLiftingT that maximize patient results while minimizing operative time and anesthesia requirements. The center is equipped with the latest in advanced aesthetic technology for facial rejuvenation, fraction skin resurfacing microstructural fat grafting and laser lipolysis (SmartLipo). Dr. Gentile was the first Plastic Surgeon in northern Ohio to offer these technologies.

Youngstown-Warren :
Conveniently located near the Southern Park Mall the Boardman center is home to Aspasia northern Ohio's first Plastic Surgical MedSPA and the Facial & Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center, LLC a state licensed nationally accredited surgery center which was opened in 1994 and remains one of the few surgery centers in Ohio dedicated to aesthetic and plastic surgery. The Boardman location is also home to advanced laser technology for skin rejuvenation and for treatment of vascular and pigmented lesions including acne and rosacea. Like the Aesthetic Technology Institute minimally invasive surgical techniques are featured but deeper levels of anesthesia are offered for patients who request moderate sedation. The Boardman practice location was founded in 1988.
