An anesthetist will then administer local anesthesia to the target area to make you comfortable for the duration of the treatment.

During the treatment, Dr. Gentile will insert the Avéli device underneath the skin, gently guiding it below cellulite dimples. The device senses the tight septa bands with its unique hook signaling to the surgeon by a gentle pull of the dimple downward.
