I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Gentile and his staff. From my very first consultation, everyone made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely cared for. They collectively took the time to listen to my concerns and explain every detail of the neck lift procedure so I knew what to expect. Dr. Gentile’s calm, confident manner and attention to detail instantly put me at ease.

My results look natural, and I feel so much more confident in my appearance — especially after years of being self-conscious about my neck. It’s not just about how I look, but how I feel every day. I’m so grateful to Dr. Gentile and his team for giving me back that confidence. Every follow-up appointment felt personal; they remembered me, checked in genuinely, and celebrated my progress along the way.

Dr. Gentile was rude and arrogant and did not listen at all. He also doesn’t seem to understand Asian features and completely botched my procedure. I now have to waste more time and money to fly to Korea to get someone who knows what they are doing to fix his mess.

I am very pleased with the results from my facial surgery. Dr Gentile is an artist. He made me look 20 years younger! I think I look as good as Kris Jenner (we are the same age), and at a fraction of what she paid her Beverly Hills surgeon.

Listen save your money. This surgeon does not listen to the needs of the client. I had permanent lip makeup, let him know this prior, and he used a lazer and turned my lip makeup black. Had to pay for follow up treatment to fade the damage. I was patient throughout that process. But the icing on the cake.... I paid ahead some for a microneedle procedure. Needed to cancel, I was afraid it would do more damage. I decided to Make an appointment for botox so I could use my credit. Drove to the appointment for them to tell me they would not honor my credit . Ive spent thousands at this office, referred friends thst had spent thousands, and they literally stole my money .there is no reason they should not have let me use me down payment credit for a different procedure. Its the same dang doctor. Don't go to this center !!!!
